AFAS Specialist

Triodos is looking for an AFAS specialist. This is a temporary role for 9 months, with little room for extension. Hours: 24-32 per week. Level: medior/senior.

We are currently looking for a temporary AFAS specialist to join our HR application maintenance team. With several key projects next to business as usual, the team is in need of extra capacity for the coming year. You will help us to ‘change finance by financing change’, by maintaining our AFAS set-up and integration to ensure a great co-worker experience while safeguarding compliance.

• Provide support to co-workers and HR colleagues with technical questions and perform issue resolution.

• Provide input to key projects from an AFAS perspective; e.g. in the implementation of our international HR system.

• Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

• 5+ years of experience configuring AFAS and integrations with other systems.

• Extensive experience with pay components in AFAS.

• Experience with Workday is nice to have.

• Experience with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.

• Experience with system upgrades, testing, and related documentation.

Your future colleagues

You will cooperate closely with your colleagues in the HR application maintenance team and other HR Service Delivery teams such as the HR Officers, HR Data and Payroll. Furthermore, you work with IT and HR specialist teams.

• A candidate should be submitted exclusively to onze broker – Triodos, MAX of TWO candidates per Supplier.

• Salaryscale: 15. €4.795 - €7.192.

• The submitted documents i.e. resume and motivation letter must be submitted in English.

• The vacancy will close earlier when we have received enough candidates.

• The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment.

• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and the CAO banken.
