Senior Compliance Officer (APG)

Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with expertise in asset management to contribute to the further development of the Compliance function. You will complete the regulatory Compliance framework and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an IT-supported workflow. You will play an active role in standardising working methods and providing advice based on legal obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and further develop the regulatory Compliance framework.

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement an IT-supported workflow for Compliance processes.

• Provide legally grounded Compliance advice and contribute to standardisation of working methods.

What we expect from you

• Experience: At least 5 years in the financial sector, preferably in asset management and Compliance. Experience with fiduciary management is an advantage.

• Education: Academic degree (Master's) in law, accountancy, economics, finance, or a related field. A Compliance course is a strong advantage.

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; affinity with workflow management, IT solutions and AI; stakeholder management skills.

• Personal qualities: Team player, content-driven, shows initiative.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Practical information

• Hours: 16–20 hours per week.

• Location: Full on-site presence during onboarding and full on-site presence thereafter.

• Contract: Option to extend the assignment.
